Terms and Conditions:

Please be aware that all product(s) from Walking'Angel Co. are handmade. Our Lipgloss and Lip Oil product(s) can have a slight difference in color and texture. Walking'Angel Co. aims to show color accuracy of all product(s) on our website, but does not guarantee it. Due to our formula some Lipglosses may have more profound bubbles in them than others.

Walking'Angel Co., is NOT responsible for ANY irritations or allergic reactions!!

All of Walking'Angel Co. product(s) contain Grapeseed Oil, Vitimin E Oil & (scented) Flavoring Oil.

****Before using ANY product(s) on lips/skin, PLEASE do a sample test on your arm for signs of ANY irritation or allergic reaction.****

When buying Walking'Angel Co. product(s) you are agreeing that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, Store Policies, Product(s) Listing, Description, and Ingredients before making a commitment to buying our product(s).

Processing:

All order(s) processing time will take approximately 4 to 7 business days. Please understand that processing time may take longer due to labor. Walking'Angel Co., business days are Tuesday through Friday. Business days DO NOT include weekends nor holidays.

Shipping:

All shipping will be going through United States Postal Office. United States Postal Office takes approximately 2 to 5 days business days. Shipping IS NOT included in the processing time. When your order(s) is confirmed, I will send an order confirmation to the email you provided at checkout. Once your order is ready for shipping, I will send a tracking number to your email. Please take a day to receive your tracking number (check spam as well). If you checked your tracking and it says "delivered" but you haven't received your package(s) please contact your United States Postal Office. Walking'Angel Co., is NOT responsible for ANY lost and/or stolen package(s) after they say delivered.

All shipping fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Office and include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or/and damaged, you need to file a claim. This can be done online or by mail:

Walking'Angel Co., guarantees Free Shipping on all order(s) that are $50 and more BEFORE taxes & shipping fees.

Exchanges, Refunds and Returns:

Walking'Angel Co., DOES NOT offer returns nor exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Please double check your chart to ensure that you have selected the correct product(s). Refunds are NOT granted unless we've sent an incorrect or missing product(s) of your confirmed order. In order to receive that refund, you'll need to email a "valid picture" with your "emailed confirmed order" to @walkingangelco.com. This process will need to be completed within 48 hours of your package(s) saying "delivered."
